This page has the link to the Crystal Report Viewer plug-in which could not be automatically loaded on your machine. A one time download of approximately 4.5MB is required to install the plug-in. To install,

1. Click on the link below.
2. When prompted, save the file.
3. Either use the Start --> Run menu commands and enter the full path to where you saved the downloaded program
   OR
   Use the Windows Explorer to select the downloaded file, and double click on it.
4. The Plug-In should install without any further user interface.
5. Once you have installed the plug-in you may have to close any browsers and restart them to use the plug-in.
